All buildings (with the exception of the Carpenter's Hut) are purchased from Yulif. Right click with a blueprint to place it, Sneak right click to confirm placement. Yulif will then build the building one block at a time. Each new building unlocks more buildings.
To obtain the Carpenter's Hut, use your book to summon the Harvest Goddess and then give her the wood she requests.
